More to come in 2024!

Just a quick blog as we look back at the highlights of 2023. Thank you for being all for being a part of it!

We started the year with our cocktail class. We shared how to make three types of cocktails and then let you make them through hands on learning. It was in January while we were dreaming of Summer so we made Summer themed cocktails. Along with the cocktails we paired them with delightful foods. It was a great time!

A few other great classes we hosted included a candle making workshop led by Zen candles, a wine and canvas night, and a ceramic mug making class, kids art classes, and Learn and Love it hosted some incredible dance classes. All were great fun. We look forward to more in 2024!

In 2023 we also enjoyed some surprise parties, bridal showers, baby showers, and anniversary parties. One surprise party was for a woman turning 80, her family told her to plan to go out to dinner at a fancy restaurant “Pop Up” at the Rose House (BTW-that sounds like a fun idea!). She entered the space to see friends and family from out of state, a live jazz band featuring one of her grand children, and delightful food. She was so surprised, it was great fun!

The guest book at the 80th surprise was a photo of her in younger days with each guest signing a heart.

Another great surprise party!

50th wedding anniversary, they sang karaoke, the little girl in there did her ABC’s, that was fun!

Bridal shower game that I thought looked fun!

Of course the best part of the Rose House and our favorite feature was the weddings.
Here’s a glimpse of just a few.

Lastly, we had many great annual events, our Fall murder mystery, our Mother Daughter Tea party and our Santa mini session to name a few.
We also had so much fun with regular events, Point of Jazz jam sessions the first Monday of the month and our biggest thing, the Weekday Cafe open Mon-Fri 8am-2pm.

These photos certainly don’t do the entire year justice, it’s just barely a glimpse. But they certainly show we have been so fortunate to be a part of a great community! We look forward to more in 2024, thank you!
