This year we have hosted two puzzle competitions, they have been so fun!

It’s been a great winter activity for a space like ours. We haven’t selected any dates to host more at this moment but I’m sure we will do them again over the winter months.

The tickets include one full 16” Rose House pizza to share as a team, one round of drinks, and the competition itself with a puzzle for you to take home as well as prizes for both first and second place. Before the event we email requesting the team names, arrival times, and type of pizza. The doors opened at 5:30, when you are free to enter, find your table, order your drinks with your pizza arriving soon after. By 7:00 we start the competition with a 500 piece puzzle.

At 6:58 everyone is chatting and socializing, then at 7pm when it’s time to start the competition there is instant silence, followed by the tear of paper and immediate sorting/strategizing, it is so fun! It adds a different energy. At our first competition the first puzzle was completed by the winning team in 59 mins, at the last competition it was completed in 31 mins. Whoa!
