Long time no blog...my bad. Happy New Year!

Yikes! Times flies and I must have forgotten to blog. I hope you haven’t been anxiously awaiting!

Here’s a quick overall of 2022 and then we will move on.

In June we did a little of reworking to our space, we moved our gift shop to the corner rather than the side entrance on Strongs Ave. This has changed things for the better. We had found over the years that the Belmont room really wasn’t utilized for weddings because it was feels separate from the main hall. The function it mostly served and still serves is a space to get away from the party. The De Roy room is easy to utilize from the main hall, so we made the swap and added espresso. This has made us very happy and has been very fun. We have coffees, teas, sandwiches, pizza’s, and sweets daily. Monday through Fri 8-2pm. These hours and this space makes it easy if you are planning an event to stop by and check things out. You are always welcome.

Weekday Cafe at the Corner entrance

In mid 22 we limited our in house catering, we do still offer food in house for parties of 65 or less. We have great relationships with local caterers, and look forward to building that even more. We absolutely LOVE offering in house appetizers and late night snacks as well!

The sweets table from a brunch wedding in october. All made in house, yum!

We hosted incredible events! Mainly weddings of course, it really was a pleasure. Hopefully I have time to write about these more individually, but for now, here are some photos.

We did of course enjoy some of the other things we have done regularly, makers markets, photos with Santa, doughnut pop ups…we look forward to doing even more of these in 2023, AND we still have openings for weddings. We are honored to host whenever we have the opportunities.

Thanks for allowing us to celebrate the special moments with you. Cheers to a New Year!
